Directions to Stadium - Click For Road Map
| BY CAR From the North- Consider these routes if you're driving from places such as Montgomery, Howard or western Fairfax counties.Take the Capital Beltway to Landover Road/Route 202 west (Exit 17B). Turn left at Brightseat Road, continue straight to Redskins Road to the stadium. Take the Beltway to Landover Road/Route 202 east (Exit 17A), turn right on Lottsford Road, turn right on Arena Drive and continue straight to stadium. Take the Beltway to Stadium/Arena Drive (Exit 16B), which leads directly to stadium. |
| From the South- Consider these routes if you're coming from Southern Maryland, Alexandria, Annandale, Arlington, Springfield or Woodbridge. Take the Beltway to Central Avenue/Route 214 west (Exit 15B), turn right on Summerfield Boulevard to stadium. Take the Beltway to Central Avenue/Route 214 east (Exit 15A), to Harry S Truman Srive north, right on Largo Center Drive, left on Arena Drive to stadium. Take the Beltway to Pennsylvania Avenue/Route 4 west (Exit 11B), turn right on Forestville Road, which becomes Ritchie Road. Continue north on Ritchie, across Central Avenue/Route 214, to Summerfield Boulevard to stadium. Take Interstate 395 to the John Philip Sousa Bridge, take the exit for Anacostia Freeway/I-295 north. Anacostia Freeway becomes Kenilworth Avenue. Take Kenilworth to Route 50 east. Exit off Route 50 at Landover Road/Route 202 east. Take Landover Road to right turn on Brightseat Road to stadium. |
| From the East- Consider these routes if you're coming from eastern Prince George's County or Anne Arundel Country. Take U.S. 50 west to the southbound Beltway, exiting at Landover Road/Route 202 west (Exit 17B). Turn left at Brightseat Road, continue straight to stadium. Take 50 to southbound Beltway but exit at Landover Road/Route 202 south (Exit 17A). Turn right at Lottsford Road and right at Arena Drive, which leads to stadium. Take 50 west to Landover Road/Route 202 east. Turn right on Brightseat Road to stadium. Take 50 west to Martin Luther King Boulevard (Route 704), then exit at Landover Road/Route 202 east. Turn right on Brightseat Road to stadium. |
| From the West-Consider these routes if you're coming from the District. Take East Capitol Street to Central Avenue/Route 214, turn left on Summerfield Boulevard to stadium. Take New York Avenue/U.S. 50 east to Landover Road/Route 202 east exit. Take Landover Road to Brightseat Road. Turn right on Brightseat to stadium. |
| BY METRO Shuttle bus service will run from the Cheverly and Landover stations on the Orange line and from the Addison Road station on the Blue line. |
| Rail service Starting at 10 a.m. Sunday, Metro will put longer and more frequent trains in use throughout the system, but particularly on the Orange and Blue lines. Riders are advised to buy regular round-trip Farcards in advance. Riders will be charged regular off-peak fares. |
| Shuttle buses From 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Sunday, 48 60-seat buses will ferry fans to the stadium from the three stations. After the game, 58 buses will run back to the stations until the stadium is cleared. It will cost $2 for fans to ride the shuttles (round-trip.) |
| PARKING INFORMATION Overhead lane-control signals and color-coded banners will direct traffic in the stadium area, allowing for use of reversible lanes. The banners below each signal will direct drivers into the lane they must use to reach their parking areas. One lane of each access road will be kept open for emergency traffic and shuttles. The charge for all cash lots is $12. Street parking in the general area of the stadium on game days will be limited to local residents who have permit stickers. Pay parking will be available at Robert F. Kennedy Memorial Stadium in lots 3, 4, 5, 9 and 10 for $6. There are 3,500 spaces available in those lots. From RFK, fans can ride the Metro to the Addison Road station and catch a shuttle bus to the new stadium. There will be no access to JKC Stadium through Hill Oaks Road. Fans will not be allowed to use Hill Oaks Road as an entry or exit route; it will beclosed off. There are 22,727 parking spaces, 238 of them for disabled patrons. |
